News from Quotable Value (QV) 

As a past user of Rawlinsons New Zealand Construction Handbook we are pleased to advise that you will soon be able to access the latest construction cost information online - introducing QV costbuilder. 

Quotable Value (QV) purchased the systems and intellectual property to deliver the data and information.  We are fortunate enough to have Cathy Giddens, author of the last 19 handbooks, join QV to update the data. We are also finalising the development of making the information available online. 

In the first quarter of 2015, the QV costbuilder website will bring together the same relied upon data, under the experience of QV.  
 
QV costbuilder will provide you with access to:
 

• The latest construction and building data all year round as it is updated on  a regular basis.
• More data.  Previously, there were only four main cities cost displayed in the handbook.  We will be including an additional two cities (Hamilton and Palmerston North).
