Future Skills Academy, in collaboration with Otago Polytechnic, seeks lecturers to teach the: 

• National Diploma in Construction Management (level 6) and 
• National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (level 6). 

• We are prepared to look at expressions of interest for both part-time and full-time employment.
• You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and available to lecture at either our Manukau Campus and/or Auckland CBD.
• All applicants who have a relevant qualification at level 7, and who are a member of a relevant New Zealand professional body will be considered. 

The successful candidates will: 

• Be skillful teaching practitioners with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and experience of working in a multi-cultural education environment. 
• Design effective learning experiences that build learner capability in practical ways that connect to the workplace. 

Required skills, qualifications and experience: 

• A qualification at level 7 or above in an area relating to the building or construction industry. 
• A qualification, or studying towards, a qualification in tertiary teaching.
