This week the Construction Sector Accord launched the Construction Sector Transformation Plan, setting out bold actions for our industry.

The Transformation Plan is a three-year plan with 21 programmes in the following six major focus areas:

• leadership
• business performance
• people development
• health, safety and wellbeing
• regulatory environment
• procurement and risk

The NZIQS Council supports the industry collaboration through the Accord and encourage members to review and deep dive into the initiatives outlined in the plan.
