About us

We are a highly regarded boutique Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice working on ultra high end residential & commercial projects in QS, PM & Bank QS roles.

Due to continued business growth & strong secured forward workload we now require a quantity surveyor with a minimum of 2 years NZ experience (in a main contractor or PQS role).

Our work varies from a $10m home in Northland to a $20m hotel refurbishment in Wanaka, so no two days are the same, and we require an applicant with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy & deadlines.

Working from modern airconditioned offices in Wanaka, this will suit an applicant who enjoys being part of a hard-working team with a relaxed, but focused culture, in a world class location.

Qualifications & Experience

•    Commercial Savvy
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Construction admin experience
•    Conversant with the NZIA & NZS suites of contracts
•    Experience with progress claims, negotiations & variations
•   Competent measuring skills including experience with Itwo costX
•   Experience with NZ construction methodologies and building code

•   A NZ based tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, along with membership of NZIQS are required.
