Rob Bernhardt, CEO Passive House Canada,will discuss the global shift in building policy towards high performance buildings and outcome-based codes, describing the role that the QS and others can have in assisting government, public and clients to understand the opportunities represented by these buildings. A key focus of the presentation will be on factors affecting design, construction and life cycle costs with the principle that high performance should also be the most affordable options for any owner.
