The NZIQS Annual Conference is the major event on the institute calendar and 2017 is shaping up to be yet another not to be missed conference. The conference will run from 21-23 June 2017 with Welcome Cocktails on the Wednesday night and full day plenary Thursday, Friday. The conference dinner will be held on the Thursday night, this change from the dinner being on the final night is to ensure those of you who need to travel home on the Friday night - maybe to watch the All Blacks versus The British Lions on the Saturday in Auckland don't miss any of the event.

The Theme is “Leading through Excellence”.  “We choose this theme as we believe as a membership Institute we need to take the lead by showing that our membership reflects our commitment to show excellence within the construction industry. We aim to bring you conference speakers that reflect the ‘Leading through Excellence’ theme to help develop both your professional and personal growth, as well as topics that will ensure you are up to date with what is happening within our industry now and into the future" says 2017 Conference Chairperson Brent Jefferies

Conference Dinner

The Dinner this year will not only moves from its usual final night spot but will also move away from the sit down formal dinner model. Wellington is unique and we would like to highlight this with an interactive food celebration where attendees will move around pods trying food, having a go at making food and cocktails with all of this will be served with a healthy dollop of competition.
