What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?
Please choose carefully as NZIQS does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind. For any product return enquiry, please contact the NZIQS office. At its discretion, NZIQS may refund your purchase.
NZIQS reserves the right to assess the product to determine the products condition before processing any credit.
Goods are normally delivered by standard post (3 -5 days). If you haven't received your goods within 7 days please contact the NZIQS office
